Veda for Schools / For the office

Fees, receipts and what is still due — without the register

The fee register is the one book a school cannot get wrong. Veda keeps it as a ledger the office can search, print and reconcile — and the dues list stops being a Sunday afternoon job.

How does Veda manage school fees?

Veda handles school fees end to end: a fee plan per class, numbered receipts printed at the counter, RTE and concessions recorded against the student, and a dues list that updates the moment a receipt is written. Separate logins mean fees are visible only to the staff you allow.

Questions

What schools ask about this

Can two clerks collect at the same counter?

Yes. Each has their own login, and every receipt records who wrote it.

Do you support RTE and concessions?

Yes — recorded against the student so the dues list and the reports both reflect it, rather than a figure someone has to remember to subtract.

Can fees be paid online?

Online payment is built but has not yet been run against a live payment gateway, so pilot schools start with counter receipts. We will tell you before that changes.

Try it with one term, at no cost.
