Run your batches. Teach them too.
Students join your batch with a code, attendance takes seconds, and the tests and study material they study from are made in the same app — in about a minute each.
Free · No ads · No per-student charge · No fees module
A batch is set up in a minute, not an evening
Create the class, share the code on your WhatsApp group, and students join themselves — no email addresses to collect, no CSV to import. Split a batch into groups when the morning and evening lots need different material.
- Students join with a code or a link
- Groups inside a batch — morning, evening, doubt batch
- Roll numbers, mobile numbers and enrolment IDs on one list
- See who has joined the app and who has not
Tests and material your batch actually gets
The part the other coaching apps leave to you. Turn the chapter you taught tonight into a scored test, publish it to the batch, and read the results as they submit — or hand out study material and a solved paper instead.
- AI test from any chapter, auto-checked
- Study material, revision notes and practice per topic
- Answer keys from the papers you set
- Assign anything to a batch or a group in one tap
Everything a batch needs, in one app
Attendance per batch
The register on your phone, per subject and per period, with monthly views and a heatmap.
Progress reports
Marks recorded once become a per-student report parents can read.
Materials
Share PDFs and notes with one batch or all of them at once.
Teaching diary
What you covered, dated and subject-wise, with your weekly timetable beside it.
Daily practice
Students get 8 fresh quiz challenges a day, so the batch keeps studying between classes.
Doubt solving
Ask Veda answers from the chapter or paper in front of the student, not from the open web.

Before you move a batch across
Does it handle fees?
No. There is no fee collection, no receipts and no payment reminders — if fees are the reason you are looking, a dedicated tuition-fees app will serve you better. Veda handles the teaching: batches, attendance, tests, study material and reports.
How do students join a batch?
You share a class code or link, usually to your existing WhatsApp group, and they join with it. No school email address is needed, which is the part that stalls most coaching batches.
Can I run separate morning and evening batches?
Yes — either as separate classes, or as groups inside one class when they share the same material but need different registers.
Can I set a test the same evening I teach?
Yes. Give it the chapter and it writes a scored MCQ test in about a minute; publish it live or as homework and it marks itself as students submit.
Is there a computer version?
The teacher app is on Android, and a web portal is in progress. Everything described here works from the phone today.
What does it cost?
It is free, with no ads and no per-student charge.
