Veda for Schools / For the principal
Report cards that total themselves, one student per page
Marks go in once, paper by paper, and are reused everywhere after: the totals, the grade, the rank, the attendance line and the printed card. Nobody re-types a number.

How does Veda generate report cards?
Veda builds report cards from marks entered once, paper by paper: totals, percentages, grades, class rank and the attendance line are worked out for you, one student per A4 page. Marks lock when the principal publishes the result, and last year's results survive year-end promotion.
What you get from the week you start
- Marks entered per paper, per subject, by the teacher who set it
- Totals, percentages, grades and class rank worked out for you
- Attendance pulled onto the card from the register — not typed again
- Remarks per student, written by the class teacher
- One student per A4 page, ready to print for the whole class
- Marks lock once the principal publishes the result
What schools ask about this
Can we use our own report card format?
The printed card follows one clean A4 layout today. If your board or trust requires a specific format, tell us during the pilot — that is the kind of thing a pilot is for.
Is the report card available in Gujarati?
The app and the office screens are, but the printed PDF is English-script today — our PDF engine cannot shape Gujarati correctly, and a half-rendered report card is worse than an English one. We would rather say so than surprise you in March.
What happens to last year's results?
They stay. Year-end promotion moves students to the next class without touching the year you just finished.
