Observe. Turn it into a question. Guess an answer. Test the guess. Look at what the test showed. Learn these five and you can use them anywhere.

Why has it stopped? Perhaps the ink is finished. Open it and look. Still ink, so the guess was wrong. Next guess: the tip has dried.
